On 11/8/2022, I had an appointment at Auto Pro to fix a problem that I’d hired another mechanic to repair on Monday, the 31st of October. ( He shows up on Sunday , the 30th, instead). However, after having paid this mobile mechanic, to install a purge valve in my 2015 Cadillac SRX to correct the defect with the check engine light not going off after the install, Darrin, at ProMax performed a diagnostics that showed 3 codes instead of just 1 code. What he noticed upon further inspection was that the valve had not been reconnected. So he reconnected the cable, check engine light went out, codes disappeared and my vehicle was able to once again, start remotely. I shudder to think what would have happened if Auto Pro had not come to my rescue and not try and rip me off. Thank you AutoPro for your honesty. You are the best!!
